The recent bull season did not generate the expected interest for FB Token, which reached its ATH level. In light of this, a new announcement has been made. It is crucial for an altcoin to be listed more frequently and in more pairs to have access to liquidity. If it does not receive enough attention, the number of pairs decreases, and if the market maker cost remains high, the decision to delist completely is made.

Fenerbahçe Token News

Bitfinex exchange announced today that the FB Token will be delisted from the USDT pair on November 9th. We have shared news about exchanges reducing pairs and delisting altcoins extensively, especially in 2023. Decisions like these can be made for altcoins that fail to attract sufficient volume and burden exchanges with high market maker costs.

The announcement from Bitfinex stated:

“Bitfinex will delist the Fenerbahçe/Tether USD trading pair (FB/USDt).

Delisting decisions are made after regular checks to consolidate and improve liquidity on the Bitfinex platform, providing a more modern and optimized environment for our customers. FB/USDt will be delisted starting from 11/09/2023.

FB Token will not be completely delisted from the exchange and will continue to trade against the US Dollar (USD) on Bitfinex. We kindly remind our customers to cancel their open orders on FB/USDt before November 9th. All remaining open orders will be canceled by the system.”

FB Token, with a market value of $2.3 million, is currently being traded at $1.09.
