Whales bet on XRP, Solana, and the new altcoin Rollblock for 2025’s bull run.

As 2025 progresses, whales are positioning themselves to maximize their returns as the bull run ramps up. While Ripple (XRP) and Solana (SOL) are already staples in any future-proof portfolio, many veterans are also allocating funds toward the viral presale of Web3 casino Rollblock (RBLK).

Rollblock: A crypto gaming trailblazer

GambleFi protocol Rollblock is making waves in both DeFi and the online gambling space as investors flock to its viral presale that just crossed $8 million in raised funds.

Rollblock is starting a revolution within the $450 billion gambling industry with its GambleFi platform which is already gaining massive traction and making rounds on social media. All transactions on the platform will be immutably inscribed onto the Ethereum blockchain, meaning that the tampering of bets is impossible.

With an audit from SolidProof and a license from Anjouan Gaming, Rollblock raises the bar higher than ever regarding security and transparency. As such, players can enjoy the vast 7,000-title catalog without shady dealings behind the scenes.

Additionally, Rollblock offers a generous revenue-sharing system that will yield record-breaking APY to loyal holders. To sustain this, the platform will reinvest up to 30% of its weekly profits to buy back RBLK tokens from the open market. 40% of this amount will go toward users as staking rewards, while the remaining 60% will be removed from circulation, stabilizing the price in times of turbulence and priming RBLK for scarcity-driven growth.

XRP in the green, whales step in

After spending the last two weeks locked in a trading range around the $2.20 mark, momentum is accelerating for XRP. At the time of writing, XRP was trading at $2.45 following an 11.4% intraday increase and a noteworthy 140% surge in trading volume.

Meanwhile, XRP whales are taking action. According to Whale Alert, on January 1 over 300 million XRP tokens, worth approximately $650 million, went across wallets. Usually, this type of high-profile transaction signals that a significant impulse is loading up, with analysts targeting $3 as the next major milestone for XRP.

Solana back above $200

Solana started 2025 on a bullish note as it finally reclaimed the $200 mark after a prolonged bearish phase. Currently, Solana sells for $216, with a 4.92% 24-hour surge. Conversations about the highly-anticipated Solana ETF have started taking place again after the SEC rejected several applications from prominent fund managers.

However, with Donald Trump stepping in as president on January 20, the sentiment in the crypto community is noticeably shifting. This is reflected by Polymarket data, which reveals that 76% of investors expect Solana ETFs to be greenlit by July 2025.

The RBLK presale could be the play of the year

Both Ripple and Solana will likely see new all-time heights as the bull run enters its most euphoric stage. However, undervalued gems like Rollblock could soon take the spotlight as they have the room to grant those legendary 100x gains crypto investors dream of.

Stage 9 of the RBLK presale is live and tokens are on sale for $0.0445. An 800% surge is expected by the end of the presale alone, with the project seeing a 600% increase in deposits and sign-ups in December 2024.
